Beef with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
24 asparagus spears, cut diagonally into 1” spears¼ c. water10 oz. lean boneless steak cut in ¼ “ strips½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper4 scallions thinly sliced1 garlic clove24 cherry tomatoes halved
Directions
-cook asparagus and water in the skillet 3 minutes pour off water
-salt and pepper the beef, add to asparagus, then add scallions and garlic, and sauté until the beef is well done.
-add tomatoes, cook until soft, 2 minutes.
