Ingredients
1 9 oz package frozen creamed spinach1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes16 oz (2 cups) 99% fat free chicken broth1T dried basil
Directions
Recipe makes 3, approximate 2 cup servings

1 - prepare frozen spinach in microwave according to package directions
2 - put crushed tomatoes and chicken broth in a sauce pot over medium low heat
3 - add creamed spinach to tomatoes & broth after finished cooking in microwave
4 - add basil and red pepper flakes
5 - simmer over low heat until flavors are well blended
