Chicken BBQ

Ingredients
5-6 large chicken breasts on the bone1/2 cup of brown sugar1/4 cup of yellow mustard2 tsp liquid smoke1 tbs garlic powder3 tbs worcester sauce1 tbs salt1/2 tbs pepper1 16 oz can crushed tomatoes1 6 oz can tomato paste
Directions
Rinse raw chicken and pat dry. Rub skin with salt and pepper. Eoast in 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until cooked through. Remove skin and take off bone. Shred chicken and add to a large pot on the stovetop with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes until sauce has reduced some. Serve with whole wheat buns and low-fat coleslaw.
