Tomatillo chile

Ingredients
1 large tomatillo2 ripe plum tomatoes2 serrano peppers1 garlic clove1 tbsp. salt1 1/2 c water
Directions
Peel and rinse tomatillo
rinse tomatoes and peppers
place all onto a hot griddle
rotate them every few minutes to get all sides blackened
in a blender combine tomatillo tomatoes and peppers with water, salt, and garlic.
blend until it forms into a sauce.
pour over browned beef or pork and simmer 5 min.
