Brown Rice, dry (uncooked), 2 cups Water, tap, 4 cupsDole Frozen Blueberries 2.5 cupsAlmond Butter 2 tbspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Banana 1 med (optional)
Place all ingredients except the banana in a rice cooker (if you don't have a rice cooker follow stove top directions for rice).
Once the rice is done add the banana to the individual bowl. Make sure to add that separately to your calorie counts
