Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients
Turkey breast meat, 11 ounce(s)Almonds, 3 oz (24 whole kernels)Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Mushrooms, fresh, 7 mediumOnions, raw, 1 smallGarlic, 3 clovesPeanut Oil, 1 tbspEurope's Best Nature's Balance, 500 gram(s)Soy Sauce Light, 3 tbspGolden Dragon Oyster Sauce, 9 tbspChinese Five Spice, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat wok on high

Cook almonds till roasted

Add oil when it is hot add onion and cook till soften (2 minutes) add garlic and spice for 1 to 2 minutes. Add turkey and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes till golden brown. Add vegetables and cook till tender. Add sauces and cook till thicken.

Serve with Rice
