Cheese, Ham & Pepper Omelet

1/2 Tbsp butter50 g of green peppers, julienned50 g of ham, slicedThree eggs1 tsp of skim milk1/2 Tbsp butter2 slices of Kraft Cheddar Cheese
Heat the pan and melt the first quantity of butter.
Sautee peppers and ham 'till lightly brown.
Set peppers and ham aside.
Add second quantity of butter to the pan and melt.
Mix eggs and milk.
Pour onto pan and cover.
Once it start to set, place two slices of cheese on one half of the omelet.
Then add peppers and ham. on the same half.
Flip over the empty half.
Wait a few minutes for the cheese to melt.
Cut in half over two servings.
