Slow Cooker Chicken Ratatouille Stew

Ingredients
chicken breast halves; skinned, boned -- cut in 1" cubes1 jar (30 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce1 medium eggplant, peeled and -- coarsely chopped2 tomatoes -- coarsely chopped2 small zucchini -- sliced1 medium green bell pepper -- cut in 1" pieces1 large onion -- chopped3 cloves garlic -- minced1 teaspoon dried basil leaves1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 qt crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
