Ingredients
Ingredients:*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 12 cup Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup Almonds, 1 cup, slivered Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .66 cup, hulled *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 1.0 cup *6 count dried apricots, 1 serving*Craisins Dried Cranberries Ocean Spray, 1.0 cup *Mariani - Berries N Cherries, 1.0 cup Grapeseed Oil, .33 cup Maple Syrup, .25 cup Honey, .33 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat Oil, Honey, Vanilla, and Maple Syrup in a pot. In meantime, combine Oats, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds in a large bowl. Pour Hot Oil mix over dry and bake on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper for up to a half an hour at 350, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown. Add all other dry ingredients, let cool and store.
