Very low fat banana bread recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp Honey2 tbsp of splenda ( or 2-3 packets of sweetner)2 egg whites1/4 cup of water2 tbsp almond milk1 cup of mashed (or pureed)very ripe bananas1,1/2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp vanilla extract1/8 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, Spray loaf pan with no cal no fat cooking spray, pour mixture in pan.

Cream together sugar, honey ,sweetner and applesauce, almond milk, egg whites, vanilla and water, mix in bananas.

In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda , baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix together dry with wet, add raisins.

Bake in oven for 60 min or until tooth pick inserted into center of loaf comes out dry.
