Spinach Stuffed Italian Meatloaf

8oz ground turkey1/2 cup cooked black beans1/2 small onions2-3 cloves garlic1 tbsp ketchup2 tsp worchestershire sauce1 tbsp ground oregano1 Egg2 tsp olive oil2 cups fresh spinach1 cup crushed tomatoes1 tbsp ground basil1 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Process the meat, beans, onions, garlic, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, oregano, and egg to make the meatloaf
Saute the spinach in the olive oil
Form the bottom half of your meatloaf, then put the cooked spinach in the center and top it with more meatloaf. Dash a little more worchestershire sauce on top and put in the oven at 400F.
Mix the basil and garlic powder into the crushed tomatoes
After letting the meatloaf cook for about 10 min, take it out and pour the spiced tomatoes on top, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the whole thing
Cook for another 10-15 min depending on the thickness of your meatloaf
