Chicken Thighs with Creole Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thigs1.5 Tbsp olive oil3/4 cup orange juice3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup course ground mustard1 Tbsp Honey1 tsp Hot Sauce
Directions
4 servings

Heat skillet, add olive oil. Cook chicken 4 minutes per side. Add orange juice and chicken stock, cook additional 5 minutes.
Remove chicken, add shallots, sherry, mustard and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer. Add chicken, cook 1 more minute.
