Chickpea Patties

Ingredients
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1/4 c shredded carrots2 tbs tahini1/2 tsp cumin1 1/2 tbls garlic1 tbsp olive oil (to grease pan)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Rinse and drain garbanzos and mash with carrots, flour, tahini, garlic and cumin. Grease a cookie sheet and shape mixture into patties. Place on cooke sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 mins turning once. Serve on a bun, pita or bread with tomato, lettuce and/or other condiments. Yum! Makes 8 4-5 inch patties.
