Ingredients
2 slices wheat bread1 medium egg1/8 c. 1% milk1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla extract2 tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
Beat together egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip the two slices of bread and cook in a frying pan over medium heat. Top with syrup and enjoy!
