Three fresh yellow squashLemon Pepper seasoningBrummel and Brown Orginal spread made with real yogurt(optional) olive oil spray
Take three fresh yellow squash and cut into round slices. Place onto foil paper and then spray with olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning. Make sure all pieces have been sprinkled with seasoning. Place two tbsp of light butter on top and wrap in foil. Place on grill for about 30 minutes or until squash is cooked turning once.
