Ingredients:Roasting Chicken, light meat, 2 cup, chopped or diced Onions, raw, 1 largeCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Chicken stock, home-prepared, 6 cup Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Parsley, .25 cup Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz
In a stock pot add onions, carrots, celery, salt and pepper and chicken stock to a boil until veggies are tender. About 10 to 15 minutes. Add noodles and chicken just to heat the chicken through and cook the noodles al dente. About 5 minutes. Add chopped fresh Italian parsley and serve.
