Impossibly easy Strawberry swirl cheesecake

Ingredients
* Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp * *Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat than Cream Cheese), 16 oz Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .1/2 cup * *Splenda Baking Granules, 1/4 cup * *Betty Crocker Heart Smart Bisquick, 1/4 cup * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
Directions
Heat oven to 325 F. Spray bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In Blender place milk, vanilla, eggs, 3/4 cup of splenda and Bisquick mix. Cover, blend on high speed 15 seconds. Add cream cheese, cover, blend 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
In same blender, place 1/2 cup of the strawberries and 2 tesp of the splenda with a very small amount of water, cover and blend on high speed for about 20 seconds or until smooth. Drop blended strawberry sauce by teaspoonfuls on top of cream cheese mixture. with a knife or toothpick, swirl sauce into cream cheese mixture.

Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until 2 inches of pie is set while center is still soft and wiggles slightly. Cool completely at room temperature, about 1 hour.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours. grnish with remaining strawberries. Store in refrigerator.
