Mexican Turkey Burrito Wraps

1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped1 T chili powder2 t cumin1 cup Fire Roasted Salsa Verde1/2 cup Mexican 4-cheese shredded cheese6 servings Publix Light Sour Cream
Nonstick skillet - brown ground turkey. Before cooked thru add onion and pepper and seasonings. Let turkey brown as veggies and seasonings cook. When cooked and fragrant stir in half of salsa verde. Cook until all heated through. Take 6 tortillas and spoon mixture into each - don't overfill. Split cheese among 6 wraps - sprinkle over hot turkey mixture. Split remaining salsa among 6 wraps. Wrap each tortilla around meat mixture and turn under so edges are on bottom. Add dollop (1 T) sour cream to each wrap. Makes 6 wraps/servings.
