Steamed Clams

Ingredients
12 small clamsseafood steamerwater1 TBSP butter, melted (use whipped for fewer calories) for dipping. Use sparingly!
Directions
Soak clams in a brine (1/3 c salt in 1 gal water) for 15 minutes. Remove and scrub. Place in upper part of steamer when water is boiling. Steam for 5-10 minutes, when clams open. (Discard unopened clams) Use butter for dipping.
