Ingredients
3 Onions3 Garlic6 Stalk Celery2 Red Pepper2lbs Lean Ground Beef2 Cans Diced Tomatoes2 Cans Red Kidney Beans2 Cans Baked Beans2 Tbsp Italian seasoning1 Tbsp Chili Powder1/4 Tsp Salt
Directions
Heat oil in large frying pan. Add diced onions, garlic and celery. Cook for 3 min. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add diced red pepper, tomatoes, beans and seasoning. Simmer for an hour.

Makes 20 servings of 1 cup. Freezes well.
