Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients
Fresh Mushrooms, 14 ozButter Unsalted, 2 tbspGarlic (fresh, raw, 5 cloves) dicedParsley, 1/2 cup chopped
Directions
Wash and slice mushrooms. Dice garlic cloves. Melt butter in frying pan, add mushrooms & garlic and saute on medium heat until mushrooms are slightly crispy. Add, fresh chopped parsley and serve as an accompaniment to steaks. Best steak sauce ever!
