Ingredients
500 grams ground beef1 medium onion chopped 1/2 cup capsicum diced1 clove garlic1 tablespoon tomato paste1 beef stock cube800gram can tomatoes1 tablespoon dried oregano300 grams cooked pasta125grams light cheese grated
Directions
Fry beef in pan drain fat.
Add onion, garlic, tomato paste and capsicum.
fry until onion is cooked.
add tomaoes, oregano and stock cube.
bring to the boil,cover and cook for 20 minutes
break up tomatoes
Thicken with a little corn flour and water.
Cook Pasta as directed
serve with grated cheese
