Wild Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1 Tb olive oil1 onion2 cloves garlic2 carrots2 cups brown basmati rice1/3 c wild rice1.5 bullion cubes1/4 cup white wine
Directions
In rice cooker, saute in 1 Tb olive oil the onion, garlic and carrots. Add the basmati and wild rice. Lastly, add 2 3/4 cup hot water with bullion dissolved in it and 1/4 cup white wine.
Turn on the cooker. Excellent with feta cheese
