Chicken Braised in Soy Sauce and Lemon

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 Tbsp. olive oil1 clove garlic, chopped2 tsp. lemon zest1 tsp. cayenne pepper2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. sugar1/3 cup water
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil. Remove chicken and stir in garlic. Add the lemon zest, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, sugar and water; stir. Add chicken, cover and simmer. Turn the pieces once; the dish will be done in about 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and more soy sauce to taste.
