Jamaican Style Curry Chicken

4 chicken breasts (frozen)2 medium onions (sliced)2 cloves of garlic (minced)1.5 cups chicken broth1/4 cup lemon juice2.5 Tbsp Mild Curry Powder.5 Tbsp Hot Curry Powder1 tsp Thyme1 Tbsp black pepper1 tsp basil1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning1/2 tsp all spice2 Tbsp Corn Starch1 Cup Shredded Carrot1 cup yogurt
Combine ingredients in crock pot. Add chicken while still frozen. Mix corn starch with water and add to crock pot.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve over whole grain wild rice.
