Baked Zucchini

Ingredients
4 zucchini, slicedmedium can stewed tomatoes1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced lengthwise2 tbsp green bell peppers, chopped2 tbsp onion, diced1 clove garlic, minceddash oreganodash saltdash pepperwater
Directions
Saute the onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic cloves, and spices until vegetables are tender.

Fill casserole dish with a thin layer of water. Slice the zucchini lengthwise, place in casserole dish, and pour the sauce over.

Bake in a 350 F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
