Chicken/Veg Soup Homemade

Ingredients
Chicken, diced 1 cupolive oil 2 tblsCelery, 1 large stalk, dicedOnion, 1/2 larged, dicedcarrots, 2 whole, slicedSwanson Chicken Broth, 1 carton2 cups waterDiced tomatoes, 1 cansalt, 1 tspthymecinnamon 1 tspred pepper flakes 1 tsp (to taste)Basilparsleycinnamon 1 tsp.
Directions
Brown Chicken pieces. Sautee vegetables in olive oil to sweat. Do not brown. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, 2 cups water, chicken and spices, heat to boiling, reduced heat and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables (carrots) are cooked.
Great for slow cooker as well.
