Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned1 onion1 bell pepper1 1/2 c. celery1 - 4 oz. jar diced pimiento1 1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder5 cups chicken broth2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup2 cans Golden Mushroom soup24 oz. 2% Velveeta Cheese 32 oz spaghetti
Directions
Makes enough for about 30 people. Use 2 - 13 x 9" pans.

Cook one whole chicken, then skin and de-bone it. Shred the meat.

Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in olive oil. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and pimiento.

Cook spaghetti.
Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 of the cheese. Set this cheese aside for the topping.

Divide the mixture between the two 13" x 9" pans. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
