Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef1 cup panko (japanese bread crumbs)3 egg whites1/2 c salsa1/2 packet taco seasoning1 can creamed corn1/2 cup shredded velveta cheese1/4 c chili sauce
Directions
mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan. bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
