Corn and Tofu Soup

Ingredients
4 cups vegetable broth, hot.5 cup onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp sesame oil2 Tablespoons soy sauce1/2 block tofu, cubed1 14-oz can cream-style cornwhite pepper to taste
Directions
Saute the onion and garlic in the sesame oil until aromatic. Add to the broth and bring to a boil. Add tofu, cream-style corn, soy sauce and pepper. Simmer for ten minutes. Adjust the seasoning (adding more soy sauce or pepper) and simmer another ten to fifteen minutes.
