Ingredients
Oats, 4 cupCoconut - Sweetened Angel Flake, 0.5 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 0.5 cupPumpkin seeds, 0.5 cupAlmonds, 0.5 cup, slicedHoney, 0.5 cupOlive Oil, 0.3 cupNutmeg, ground, 1 tspvanilla, 2 tspCinnamon, ground, 0.5 tspBlueberries, dried, 8 tbspRaisins, 0.5 cup (not packed)
Directions
Mix everything except the raisins and blueberries. (I heated the honey 30sec in microwave to make it more stirrable.) Bake at 350 deg for about 30 min in pan. Granola becomes more crunchy when it cools, so don't worry if it's not too crunchy after 30 min. Stir a few times during cooking. Add fruit, let cool.

Makes about 18 1/2cup servings (first-batch estimate).
