Ingredients
1 scoop Fitness Labs Whey Fit Protein Concentrate Strawberry Swirl 1 scoop Twinlab Vege Fuel 100% Soy Protein8 oz Almond Breeze Original1 cup frozen strawberries unthawed
Directions
No cooking required. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on highest speed (frappe, if available on your blender). Stop blender occasionally to scrape the sides and mix up the thick shake. Mix well. Pour into an 18 oz size cup.
