Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean beef3/4 C onion3/4 C chopped/shredded carrots3/4 C chopped celery3 C chicken broth4 C red potatoes sliced thinly in bite size pieces2 1/2 C 1/2% milk2 C velveta in small chunks*Velveta cheese, 60 gram(s) Campells's Condensed Cheese Soup (small can)
Directions
brown burger with onion and season to taste with garlic/onion salt. In large pot add broth and milk. Add potatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes, add carrots, celery and beef. Cook til veges are tender. Add cheese soup and velveta coook til all melted. Let simmer til thickens up. If needed can add about 1 Tbs of flour to help thicken. Serves 8 1 1/2C portions
