Ingredients
5 pounds potatoes (cooked and cut up)1 dozen hard boiled eggs1,000 Island Dressing (1 Tbsp)Sugar (1 tsp)Salt (1 tsp)Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)Hellmann's Light Mayo (1 cup)Lemon juice (1/2 tsp)Pepper (1/4 tsp)Milk (2/3 cup)
Directions
Cook and cut up potatoes.
Slice eggs
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Mix all together.
Chill and serve.
Serving is 1 cup
