Egg Biscuit Bake

Ingredients
3 c Eggbeaters1/2 c chredded 2% cheese1 c diced sweet red peppers1.5 c sliced mushrooms1/2 c diced onion12 pillsbury biscuits (50 calories each)
Directions
Spray the bottom of a 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray. Arrange the biscuits in the bottom of the pan, spaced evenly. Add all of your diced veggies. Sprinkle the cheese evenly. Top with the Eggbeaters. Bake at 375 for approximately 50 minutes or until the middle is set.
