Stir fry Noodle and Mushroom

Ingredients
100g Rice Noodle175g Mushrooms sliced1tbs Oyster sauce3tsp Soy sauce3tsp Sherry0.5tbs Cornstarchwater
Directions
Serves 2

Cook Rice noodles as per pack instructions.
Place mushrooms and 3tsp water in saucepan and soften gently. Mix all sauce ingredients then add to mushrooms add noodles, turn up the heat and stir constantly and add more water if necessary. Once heated through serve.
