Crock Pot Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
2 medium onions, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into very thin slices2 medium stalks celery, sliced1 tbsp. minced garlic2 tbsp. paprika1/4 tsp. pepper1 chicken breast OR (what I used) 1 pkg. Perdue Fit & Easy Freezer-Ready Pouch (use both chicken breasts)1/4 cup chicken base1/4 cup water1/2 container (16 oz., approx. 1 cup) reduced fat sour cream3 cups egg noodles
Directions
Boil chicken. While the chicken boils, chop celery and onion, add to crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Put chicken inside crock pot and let simmer on low for approximately 8 hours. Serves 4.
