1 cup mixed frozen berries100 g silhouette o+ peach yogurt1/2 cup skim milkice
Directions
add ice,milk and yogurt to blender and mix. then add all berries. the mixed berries i use here come frozen and 1 cup = 60 calories which include blue berries,raspberries and back berries.

    I am bringing this to my daughters for dinner, great idea , the kids will like it and will eat healthy. I should do this more often - 3/5/10
