Whole-Wheat Chili Mac

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef1/2 Medium Onion - Chopped14 1/2 oz Canned stewed tomatoes, Mexican-Style, undrained2C Tomato Sauce2 Tbsp canned green chili peppers1 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp gound Cumin1 C dry Whole Wheat Penne Pasta15 oz canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off fat. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili peppers, chili powder and cumin; bring to a boil.
Stir in uncooked pasta and pinto beans. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 20 min.
Yeilds about 1 1/4 Cups per serving
