Chicken Penne, asian style

Ingredients
8 oz chicken4 oz whole wheat penne pasta2 cups water2 tsp asian seasoning mix1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar12 oz crinkle cut frozen carrots
Directions
Cut chicken to bite size pieces. In large skillet heat sesame oil on medium high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with asian seasoning mix. Cook until chicken is cooked on all sides (2-3 minutes). Add water, rice vinegar and pasta. Cook approximately 10 minutes, till liquid is reduced by half. Add soy sauce and carrots. Cover, reduce heat and continue to cook until liquid has disappeared. Serve.
