* Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove) * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) * Scallions, raw, 6 tbsp chopped (remove) * Goat Cheese, Semisoft, 1 oz (remove) * Sour Cream, 0.35 cup (remove) * Salt, Pepper to taste
- Steam chopped cauliflower until soft
- Mash in blender/food processor
- Mix other ingredients, and enjoy!
