1 Tb dried parsley1 Tb dried onion2-3 tsp ground red pepper2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp brown sugar1.5 tsp kosher salt1 tsp grated fresh nutmeg1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp allspice1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp ground star anise1 tsp ground cinnamon
mix all ingredients in a bowl. store in an airtight container. will last 4 months.
