Martha Ann's White Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1pkg. (1.3 lbs.) Butterball 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast1 cup chopped onion1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & chopped1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt’s diced tomatoes in juice1 cans (15.5 oz. each) Great Northern or Cannelini beans, drained2 cans (11.5oz. each) V-8 cocktail vegetable juice1 Tbsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. ground cumin, optional1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with Pam cooking spray. Add
turkey, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring to break up turkey,
until turkey is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes. Makes eight 1
1/4 cup servings.
