Stewed tomates and orka

Ingredients
1 fresh tomato 1/2 cup onionsOrka 1 and half cup of okra1 tsp garlic powderwater 1 cup
Directions
Boil your orka first for about 10 min. Then Add tomatoes and onions to the stew. Then add the garlic and canola oil to the pot. Let simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Great and quick on those cold days and nights.

    I enjoyed this very much. I used store bought tomatoes. I think that fresh out of the garden would be much better... Also, I added a little salt. Mine tasted a little bland. - 10/25/10

    Love okra and love stewed tomatoes so naturally thought this would make a great combination. And it did!!! Will be making this all the time....Hubby ate most of it!!! LOL - 3/18/08
