Wholewheat Homemade Vegetable and Turkey Ham Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza base:Flour, whole grain, 125 grams Soy Flour, 14 grams Yeast, bakers, 2 ounce Water, tap, 150 mL, lukewarmPizza topping:Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Turkey Ham, 3 slices Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 40 gramsdried mixed herbs(optional)
Directions
To make the pizza base:
Dissolve the yeast in water(lukewarm)
Combine the rest of the dry and add the yeast mixture
Knead for about 10 mins
Leave for 30 mins to let it rise
Punch air out and roll out into flat base, round or square

Place base on an oven tray
Spread tomato sauce
Top with sliced vegetables and sliced turkey ham
Sprinkle with cheese and dried herbs
Bake in oven for 20 minutes
Serve
