Ingredients
1 pack of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, cinnamon and spice (or any other flavor you like), prepared with water1 rounded Tbsp Raisins1/2 Apple, sliced1 tsp ground Flax
Directions
Add flax, apple slices, and raisins to oatmeal. Stir together and enjoy!
I like to eat the other half of the apple on the side!
