Ingredients
1 light "Flat Out" Italian herb wrap3 oz. of shredded chicken breast (cooked)2 Tlbs. of Fat Free Miracle Whip1/4 cup of celery (diced)1 large leaf of lettucedash of salt and peper
Directions
Step 1: Mix the shredded chicken, celery and Fat Free Miracle whip, and salt and pepper together to make a chicken salad.

Step 2: Lay the wrap out flat and place the lettuce on top.

Step 3: Spoon the chicken salad mixture on top of the lettuce and the roll up the wrap.

Makes one wrap = to one serving.
