Ricotta Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups bisquick - Heart Smart2 egg whites1.25 cups skim kilk1 cup part skim ricotta cheese2 tbsp splenda
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on surface. Turn. Cook until light brown.

Makes 14 pancakes.
