Eggless Egg Salad with "Salsa"

Ingredients
12.3 oz box Firm Silken Tofu10 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilichopped celery, to tastechopped Green Onion, to taste
Directions
Drain tofu and canned tomatoes, and mash together.

Chop celery and green onions (or scallions). Add to above.

Makes 4 servings.
