Chickpea Spread

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans)15 medium baby carrots1 stalk celery3 medium dill pickles1 oz plain fat free yogurt2 tsp spicy brown mustard
Directions
Mash the chickpeas.
Finely chop carrot, celery and pickle and add to chickpeas. Add mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spread on crackers, whole wheat pita or as a sandwich spread!
